The pictures on the internet or in the book you sent do not give this lantern justice.  It is absolutely breath taking.  Of course, I had to find a candle and put it in the lantern just as soon as I opened the box.  I am very well pleased with my purchase and the tracking that I received via e-mail to know just when it would arrive -- it arrived at exactly the time you said.  I also bought one for a family member (for a Christmas gift), I am sure she will be as delighted as I was.
